Our company has nearly 30 years of history in independent vehicle wholesale. We represent Jaguar Land Rover, ISUZU, Ssangyong brands in several Eastern European countries. From January 2021, WAE CEE Kft. as a subsidiary of WAE Kft. is responsible for the import of Opel passenger cars and commercial vehicles in Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. As an importer, we are in charge of both the support of an extensive retail network and the supply of car parts and assessories for a more than one million fleet in the region.

We are looking for a
Field Manager (Customer Care)
to join our Budaörs team

 

Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Responsible for brands Opel and Chevrolet in Hungary in the designated geographical area
  • Key contact for Opel and Chevrolet Authorized Repairers for the achievement of Customer Satisfaction and finding technical resolutions, supports resolving process
  • Visit Retailers on regular basis meeting with the appropriate personnel (Retail Operator, Service Manager, Service Advisor) providing support and advise where necessary, when working towards the resolution of difficult customer cases and technical issues
  • Coordinate with CAC in order to provide the utmost efficient consulting for customer case resolution
  • Liaise with TAC and Technical Support to provide co-ordination and effective resolution of technical issues
  • Support sales and retention processes for fleets, keep contacts as needed
  • Ensure appropriate processes are in place at the Dealership to support overachievement of FOCUS Customer Satisfaction targets
  • Review AR’s business results and discuss/develop it with the Retail Operator/Service Manager
  • Support PC&CV DSSA/AR standards fulfillment related activity
  • This position is a direct report of the Regional Aftersales Manager
 
Our ideal candidate has:
  • University or college degree in technical, mechanical, or electronics engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in automotive industry
  • Active English language knowledge is a must (written and spoken)
  • Understanding automotive business, its challenges and trends
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Customer focused, problem solving attitude
  • Proven knowledge of MS Office tools
